When life gives you lemons….
make lemonade….or lemon chicken!
Which just happens to be what we ate for dinner last night.It was so good…I thought I’d share.

This isn’t EXACTLY how I made mine, but it’s where my inspiration came from.
Tweak as you wish.
(I breaded my chicken with homemade bread crumbs and also used boneless skinless chicken breasts)Enjoy!

You should see the size of the lemons here in FL! As big as grapefruits!! so juicy and a much better, sweeter flavor – almost don’t need sugar when making lemonade
