Thought I’d share, you can join in our mushiness.
This past week was absolutely gorgeous and we have been outside.
Home mostly. Planting and weeding and turning over gardens.
Freeze pops and kiddie pools for the first time this year.I love sun that pours into windows early morning.
I love birds singing loud.
I love flowers blooming.
I love days with my kids as they grow.
I have a very blessed life.
What are you up to this weekend?
Today we’re showing a friend around Chicago. I’m pretty sure there will be a Garrett stop.
Saturday planting the rest of the garden. Sunday church and of course, pasta for dinner.Happy Friday.

@aSeriesofFortunateEvents - I didn’t write the laundry part in my weekend list..but that will be happening around here too! That blue sky, puffy cloud place? That’s what it looks like everyday here in Illinois. You need to move by us!

Love all the pictures.. The first one through the window reminds me of, Little Women. So sweet!Sounds like a great weekend – we have had Life Action here all wk. it’s been awesome. Tomorrow they’re having a family cafe along w sessions, then we’re headed to shayne’s family for a late Mother’s Day celebration. Right now I’m getting my hair done and just came from getting my eyebrows done- had a free coupon. Anyway, feeling quite “fashion tip Friday” ready!! Haha.

I love the sweet glimpse of joyful, happy life I am seeing here this Sunday evening. A truly blessed time of life. You make me happy, cuz I can see you are appreciating and embracing it, and sharing with us here. We have had a quiet weekend, resting, eating My hubby got inspired by the book on France and regional dishes that I dragged home from the library. He cooked!!! Well we both did, but it was fun. I have sweet peas and strawberries on the counter…our garden berries are coming in. My boy is still fighting for health, so off to bed. We have a week at the docs.
