Fashion Tip Friday ~
Happy Friday Everyone!
So Glad the weekend is here. =)
Well, it’s Friday, so let’s talk Fashion!
So many women view the ponytail as….
Something sloppy.
Something to do quickly to your hair when you don’t have time for anything else.
I’m going to tell you ~ The Ponytail is Great! and very versatile.
Wear it with short hair, wear it with long hair, wear it to dress up, wear it casual…etc.
(And I’m not just writing this to make myself feel better for wearing one almost all the time!
)Thought I’d give you some Ponytail Inspiration this week.

caa-uute styles! i wish i’d have half as nice of hair as those babes….maybe you could (or have, and i missed it) do a segment on tips for great hair? body, shine, volume, etc…just an idea.

You are right. Those pony tails look VERY chic! But would it look like that on me?? There’s the million dollar question!
Also, how do they do that where they have hair around the base of the pony tail? Is that their own real hair?

Yes, it is their hair. We do it all the time. You just take a piece of hair and wrap it around! Super easy to do!
However, you can buy hair bands that look just like that, if you want to cheat!

Alas, ponytails were something I had to give up when I went to a much shorter style. There are days I really miss them!
So cute! Wish I could pull off those looks but with my afro-ish hair it doesn’t turn out so cute. Usually just a big puffball on the back of my head. lol

…I’m happy to know you wear one too being as stylish as you are. I love doing the hair around my rubberband trick, just dresses it up a little. Have fun with your sister, March will come fast I’m sure and she’ll have so many fun things to tell you about when she gets back.

cute hair… i like the pony style hair and i had to laugh when i saw appalolly’s comment because i never like them on me and i always take them out and don’t wear them if i’m dressed up. so i always think, but they don’t look right on me! but maybe i’ll try it again when my hair gets longer again.
i filed all these looks away because my girls think pony tails are the only way to do hair!! i love Kate Hudson’s messy do but then she could have poop in her hair and i would still think her beautiful!
i am going to try wrapping hair around the pony tail holder….i love that look!

Just sooo cute! I’ve always loved ponytails, but I can’t do the high look very well.
Probably something about having curly hair, and I just end up looking frizzy. But I love these great ideas here – dressing up the common ponytail a bit more! Can’t wait to try some of them!
And have I ever told you that I just really like your fashion-tip fridays, and just your blog in general? I really, really do.
