  • Over the Weekend.

We had freshly brewed Rootbeer. It was creamy and smooth and ahhhh.

We ate chicken, garlic, black olive pizza. Played shuffleboard.
The place was downtown. really old. had brick walls.

    P.S. I stink at Shuffleboard!

Up until Saturday she didn’t even know the ice cream man existed. We don’t have one in our small, small town.
Super Dad threw her into the car along with a few cousins …off they went to chase down the ice cream man.

Sophia. First ice cream from the ice cream man ever.
(How many times have the words ice cream been used here? Ha!)

I am often blown away by my husband. The things he does for us. How much he loves us.
    I think he’s absolutely Wonderful….

……even if he hasn’t put in my new (but-getting-old-just-sitting-in-the-garage) window.

I’ll stop talking about the window now…you’ll never hear it from me again.
Never, ever, ever….(I may have said this before…;)

I think he has reached the limits on his wife bugging him talking to him about it.
So yeah, for my own safety…Last time!

This is our last week of school until September.
I have a few things for the kids to do throughout the summer….reading being a HUGE part of our schedule.

Our Farmer’s Markets start in less than two weeks. Our time will be busy, but Fun.
I am excited for a new season to begin.

    {we take normal pictures too…sometimes}

Hope your week is off to a Great start.

  • You look gorgeous and your man looks so handsome!  Such a young looking couple!

  • You two look like you enjoy life, and that is awesome.  This was a fun post to read.  Your hair is so long and pretty.  I got mine cut last week and the hair dresser got a little carried away… I want my long hair back…and seeing yours….oh, I want my hair to grow back fast.  Happy Monday.

  • you guys are darling.
    here’s to new weeks & new windows : )

  • cute/funny post ~ made me grin this morning ~

  • I have learned that a lot of times the difference between seeing my wife as a phenomenal wife and mother or seeing her as (insert a list of faults here) has nothing to do with her.  It has to do with my willingness to see the good things instead of the faults.  I’m sure your husband is glad you see the good.

  • Looks like a fun weekend.

  • Fun pics…and your posts are always so interesting!!  Love how you documented how you’re NOT going to remind him of the window again.  lol

  •  Wow, your hair is just gorgeous no matter how you do it!! And for a split second I thought you looked like J. Lo. :) Which she is a great beauty!!

I’m so behind on posts, sorry I’m commenting from ages past!
